Brad was incredibly kind, thorough and helpful. This is truly and genuinely the best mechanic shop I’ve ever been to. Everyone here genuinely cares about the customer. As a woman, especially being used to being taken advantage of in the auto industry, both at dealerships and mechanic shops, this means so much. The workers care deeply about moral integrity, customer care, and proper auto care. They are excellent at what they do and pair that skill with genuine hospitality. Best prices. Best care. Have an old car that has high miles that's used for getting back and forth to work. Took it in for an alignment since it was pulling to the right and they discovered that my inner tie rod ends were shot. This was the only component that hadn't already been replaced on this car and they actually had me come out in the shop to show me how bad they were. I'm glad this was caught because it was a huge safety risk and normally I do most of the repairs on this vehicle myself but this repair isn't easy and it's been in the single digits temperature wise lately so I really didn't want to deal with it and just wanted to get it done. Surprisingly they offered to be able to finish the repair same day so I went ahead and had them do it. The cost of this repair was definitely at a premium however b

This is my 4th time going to Christian Brothers Auto - Shawnee, including routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation & alignment, transfer case fluid service, both differential fluid service, and routine inspection) and a warranty covered fix(PCM needed a reprogram, issue ford announced in bulletin).They still have given me every reason to go back. Customer service is best I’ve experienced, the staff are friendly and informative. The time to complete the work beats all expectations. Can’t recommend them enough.

I was excited to do this review. Christian Brothers Automotive has an incredible top notch amazing employee who works for them named Brad. When I called there for the very first time I reached out because I was needing to get my entire engine replaced . I was in shock and upset. I was not sure what I was going to do , but needed to know what options they had available. Brad was quick to give me peace of mind and said don’t worry I got you. He was genuinely kind and empathetic towards me and the situation I was handed. Throughout the entire process Brad was very informative. Keep me in the loop of any changes or charges. He even did research to make sure I was getting the best price for my money. They offered a great service where I was picked up by a very nice employee of Christian Brothe
