Honest mechanics. They could have charged me a few times for more expensive things but instead fixed the small things that was the root cause.

Just make sure you take everything out of your vehicle bc if you don't it will get stolen. My truck was there 3 days and 1000 dollars worth of speakers and tools were stolen out of the back. Their response was, well were real sorry about that we must have left it unlocked while it was on our lot, sorry we don't have cameras either. Cops did nothing. Took the loss. Won't ever go to this place again.

Frank is the man! I've been going to Shawnee Service for several years now and have always had a wonderful experience. It seems like such a rarity these days to receive quality customer service, but these guys truly go above and beyond. As a woman, I often feel cheated and talked down to by other auto service places but not with Frank and the guys. I never feel belittled and they always explain things to me in a way I can understand them. I 100% trust these guys and recommend them for your car servicing needs. Plus, they are pretty funny too!
