While nobody really likes to have the take their vehicles into the shop, the gentlemen of Christian Brothers Automotive were outstanding! We had to take our lemon of a vehicle in twice within the last couple weeks due to engine issues, and they got us in and got her all fixed up quickly. I LOVED that the inspections have pictures and if anything is flagged, you can see what the mechanic is seeing! I thought that was a super cool service provided and makes sure they are accountable and honest. I grew up around mechanics my whole life, and these guys made it feel like home! Thank you Christian Brothers Automotive for treating us like family and most importantly making sure that our cars are safe for my family to drive around Lincoln and beyond!

The entire experience was top shelf starting with booking my oil change. It was a super easy process and the staff was very friendly. Upon arrival, I walked into a very clean and nicely appointed waiting area with literally te most comfortable leather chairs Ive ever sat it. The staff were all prompt, courteous and very professional. After the free inspection that comes with the oil change, they showed me the couple small issues, WITH CLEAR PICTURES, of what they recommended I address (battery terminal clean-up and a couple air filters). There was no pressure... just here's what we see. We recommend you address these soon... which I did on the spot. I was in and out in about an hour. Wow! Exceptional experience and customer service. I got my oil changed her for the first time and they inspected some other things on my vehicle. Their communication is top notch, the communication is top notch, very knowledgeable and honest. If your looking for a shop you can trust and have great service then this is your place.

Very friendly and courteous. They have a shuttle if you need to go somewhere while your vehicle is being serviced. They are very thorough and give a free car check. They go over each find with you and have a price listed. There is no pressure to get it done then. You can choose what you want done and when. They have water and coffee and snacks in the waiting area. A nice clean bathroom with a changing table and amenities for women and children. They have some devotional books and magazines available for reading. They left a bottle of water in the car when they had finished, had the car pulled up to the door and walked me out and opened the door for me. Very pleasant atmosphere.
