Detailed & Focus on Value/Service! ​I had an amazing experience at Neighbor Tire after being referred by a friend. The value is unbeatable—I purchased a new tire for the price I was quoted for used tires at other shops nearby! ​The level of service is what truly sets them apart. The owner is wonderful: so nice, patient, honest, and easy to talk to. When I arrived, the service felt like valet! I just parked and relaxed in the waiting area. The tech was also very nice and respectful. ​Speaking of the waiting area, it's a huge plus. I had a great experience bringing my car in for tire replacement couple weeks ago. The gentleman who worked there came out to assess the tires and recommended which tire needed to be replaced. He never tried to upsell. I appreciate the honest business and honest work from these guys.

We were in need of some quick used tires and they happened to have the ones we needed in stock. We got in and out in short time with the most amazing service! Shout out to Brent who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We were first time customers, but will be lifetime customers after this!

New and used tires. Stevan (like seven) helped me out with a tire and rim situation. He was helpful, kind, and resourceful. All the good things customer service is all about. The store is clean inside with a nice seating area if you are there for the wait. I was told motorcycle tires can be done (off the bike for now, but working on that), campers as well. I will be back again when tire needs are needed.

Very friendly workers. Came Here while they were slow and got my stocks put back on and my oversized tires back in my bed. Would definitely return when ready for another set of tires.
