Christian Brothers Automotive West Little Rock

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable about makes and models of vehicles. The manager, Lee Moore makes sure to go above and beyond to make sure you are thoroughly satisfied with the work done. The staff are extremely helpful and very welcoming from the time you schedule until you pick up your vehicle whether it be an oil change or a repair.

CB Automotive demonstrated a high level of knowledge and professionalism. Their pricing is very reasonable, and their customer service is outstanding. Compared to the high prices and poor service I experienced at the Nissan dealership, the difference is significant. I will definitely continue servicing my vehicles with CBA and highly recommend them.

I had an exceptional first experience here—everything went smoothly, and the pricing was very reasonable. My service advisor, Cameron, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated the great customer service and would definitely return in the future.

I brought my brand new vehicle for its first two oil changes. The 1st oil change, I noticed a cut mark on the interior of my driver window like someone maybe had a sharp blade when exiting the vehicle. I let this go and didn’t say anything although I was extremely upset. A little over a week ago, I brought it in for its 2nd oil change and noticed a slash mark on the driver seat from another blade (maybe it was in someone’s back pocket?). I called a few days later and left a message with someone who said she wrote a note for manager and he would call me back. He never called me. This is 2 incidents damaging an $80k+ brand new vehicle. In addition they said my vehicle battery was less than 15% so I promptly drove it to the dealership who showed me as I stood there that it was clearly above

Cameron was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly thorough, professional, and honest about what was going on with my vehicle. Offered to be picked up and dropped off so I don’t have to miss any time at work. Service was amazing and team communicated clearly. I’ll definitely be returning in the future if I need anything else.
