I came in for a cheap emissions inspection - and as I drove away thinking that is amazing friendly service for something they can’t be making much profit on I realized they also filled up the air in my annoying front tire that doesn’t like to hold pressure - just amazing extra mile that means a lot - I can’t wait for something that needs their service to go wrong as I have found the place that obviously cares about the customer no matter how much they are spending. Highly recommend! They got me in the same day for an oil change & tire rotation. The price was so much better than the other place that wanted to charge me $110 more. Lance was great with keeping me informed as I waited in the comfortable nice lobby. Friendly staff & helpful. I am now a new customer and will return to them with my car maintenance.

CBA is a New business in Georgetown. We took both our cars for emissions testing. The staff was friendly and the service was efficient. Not much to rate them on for state testing. However, my perimeter observation is much more than my experience. The interactions I witnessed with other customers was impressive in terms of honest evaluations and timeliness. Not once did I get an impression of "hard sell or bait and switch". I've rotated around the sun 60 times (60 years old) and can smell a con job 100 miles away and it's not with CBA. These guys are an honest Christian business. You can even read the word if you wish in there really comfortable waiting area. I needed to get a state inspection and fairly fast. After waiting for 20 min without being acknowledged at a competitor down the street I looked up other places near the area to go. With my 6 year old in tow we drove to Christian Brothers. They got us in right away. In about 20 min we were finished. Everyone that worked there were very kind. They had drinks and cookies while we waited. The ambiance of the waiting area was so warm and cozy. We actually found out our usual oil changes at a different establishment will be about $20-30 less with CB. We will definitely be switching to them for our future vehicle needs. Being so close to home we can easily drop off our vehicle and walk home if needed. I’ll be recommending them to everyone in the neighborhood! Thank you Christian Brothers!

Employees were very nice, accommodating with snacks for my kids while I explained what I needed done. I was there from start to finish 26min. Waiting area/bathroom is very nice & clean. They have Tap to Pay which was quick and easy. Overall great experience for my first time.
