I brought my Dodge Rebel to this place on Monday Sept 29 beacuse my mechanic was away for 10 days. One week went by and no one called me to see status of my truck. I had to call a few times the week after and if was hard to get through. Finally just showed up on Tuesday Oct 7 to find out that it hasn't been put on the lift yet to get checked. I was promised a call on Wednesday and never got it. Now I was furious, I spoke to a guy named Dave at the desk, their customer service really stinks. I showed up on Thursday and nothing yet. Finally I get a call on Friday Oct 10 (2 weeks now) and tell me that my truck has a bunch of issues and is not worth spending the money to repair it. I was charged about $250 for technician time. It's sad when we realize that we are just a number. I have a 2021 Ram 1500. Last year, my battery was dead. This place changed in less than 2 hours. Today, they said I have to leave it over the weekend to do the same thing as before. That's not fear. They stated there are a lot of cars in front. Ok. But, those cars don't come out today or in a week from now. It's not my fault the battery is defective. We are human beings, not computers. Each person has different needs.
