DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE – DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE AND DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS SERVICE CENTER We brought our car to this Ram/Chrysler/Dodge service center because our warranty company asked us to have the problem diagnosed. The airbag light was on. Our English was not very good. After speaking with the warranty company, the service center told us the issue would not be covered. We then said we did not want the repair and just wanted to take our car back. However, the service center said they had already diagnosed the problem and demanded $608 for a diagnostic fee. They said the issue was simply a loose cable under the seat and claimed they spent 2–3 hours finding it. Thank you Jay for taking good care of my car. He was courteous and friendly. Service with a smile. I dropped off my car and received a call within four hours that it was ready for pickup. Jay listened as I explained after picking up the car a sound it makes when being charged. He explained it’s best to make an appointment to be checked and that I should receive an email when the parts for the next recall arrives. Thank you Jay.

Engine sign on dashboard (i need to update)and window whippers need to be changed. They have my car all day and i got my car back next day. Guess what.. when i have my car back next day, nothing was solved problem. They told me they fixed but none of issues didn’t solved. Sign still on dashboard ,window whipper didn’t changed. Told oil change was going to take hour to an hour & a half..took almost 3 hours. Got charged over $200 for it & also hit with a 6% credit card fee on top of it..while I waa waiting for my truck they actually emailed me a coupon for $79 full synthetic oil change but they told me I needed to present it when I first got there & they wouldn't take it Needless to say never going back to the dealer for any work unless its warrantied.

This is the fourth time my vehicle has been with the dealership for the some symptoms. The service team had my car for a total of more than two weeks and offered no loaner car and only $150 off my repair for “rental charges.” And the service team never calls with updates. I have to text and text and text, and in some instances just show up at the dealership to get an update. Calling does not work; no one answers the phone. In August I paid thousands of dollars for a repair that came with a warranty. I had to return twice for the same symptoms. The second time I returned (i.e., my third visit) I was told it was a minor issue, but that they would repair the issue free of charge under the warranty when the part arrived.
