Parkway Toyota Service Center

Over the past two weeks, I’ve visited Parkway Toyota Service a couple of times—once for a sliding door recall and another time for a battery warranty issue. I’ve always appreciated the service here, but during these two visits, I felt especially grateful for the kindness of the service staff. On my first visit, I want to thank Service Consultant Kevin. From ordering the necessary parts to scheduling my appointment, he took care of everything, and I was able to complete the recall service without any additional cost. On my second visit for the battery issue, Paul assisted me, and I was impressed by the way he tried to help from my perspective as a customer. I’d also like to extend my thanks to Mark (from the Parts Department, if I recall correctly) and the rest of the team.

I’ve got a 2021 RAV4 XLE premium that already hit the 60k , I know it’s time to the respective inspection, also transmission and differential fluid replacements. My experience with Toyota service is horrible ( Toyota Hackensack) I decided to call parkway Toyota and honestly I was with no good expectations because my experience before. But surprisingly, my wife and I, 100% recommend Toyota service at parkway Toyota . Kind service client , professional staff and technicians. Really did a good job with my SUV.

This dealership exemplifies true professionalism. While I waited, they provided a comprehensive video update, clearly outlining the condition of my vehicle and the recommended services. Their transparency and attention to detail instill a strong sense of trust. I am thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend them without hesitation.

I bought Corolla Hybrid from Yong Kim at parkway Toyota. He sold me for MSRP and it was wonderful process. I would love to do business again !

BUYER BEWARE. IF YOU GO HERE, SCRUTINIZE YOUR INVOICE. Just the facts: Brought the car here for standard 50k oil change and tire rotation. Of course I get the obligatory "URGENT Dealer recommended services" email (see images). They included: HV BATTERY SERVICE ($217.99- I do this on my own in 5 minutes at home with a screw driver and a vacuum cleaner), FUEL INJECTOR SERVICE ($199.95 - completely unnecessary unless symptoms of rough idling, poor performance, etc.) and AIR CONDITIONING EVAPORATOR CLEANING ($219.95 - again only recommended if you experience odors or poor cooling, neither of which I had). I declined all of these unnecessary add-ons. Finally, they informed me that the technician indicated that my sway bar bushings were bad, but would be replaced under my Toyota Platinum
