I would like to start by saying I own a 2022 Ram 1500 Big Horn with 67000 miles on it. I personally do the oil changes every 4000 miles and I NEVER miss it in any of my cars. Well, my pick-up truck check engine light popped up and immediately I went into the dealer to find out what the issue was. The vehicle check-in in the dealer was fast and polite. I must say Curt (the service person) was very kind and attentive. Once the pick-up was in the dealer, it took them 3 days to get back to me and asked if for a $942.72 dollars diagnostic fee, which I agreed on, I wanted to know what the problem was.
