I had a great experience working with Laura at the Ram dealership. Her service was truly top notch from start to finish. I called to explained what was going on with my truck and she knew right away what the problem was and what was needed to be done. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and professional she was throughout the whole process. I recently visited Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram24 to test drive and purchase my car, and the whole experience was excellent. The entire process felt very smooth, MJ, Beethoven, and Lulu was friendly and professional. A special thanks to MJ, who was extremely helpful and patient. It was already late in the day and snowing , but he still took the time to walk me through the test drive and explain everything clearly — even repeating details several times to make sure I understood. I also spoke with the sales managers Beethoven , and later Beethoven came by to finalize the price. They were all very professional, and I was able to get a deal I’m happy with. Overall, I had a great experience here and have already recommended this dealership to my friends.

After dealing with other dealerships in New England, and getting bait-and-switched on pricing for a new Grand Cherokee, I was extremely happy to talk to Sam on the phone.
