Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Albuquerque Service Department

My appointment was made for 10am on 1/23/26. Roberto who was my advisor pointed out that they were finally inspecting my vehicle at about 315pm. At that point, at that point I received a text with all the things that they recommended. I approved 3 out of 4 items, which were auxiliary battery replacement, brake fluid exchange, and rear passenger fender clip replacement. I denied the alignment. At this point, I was tired and they told me I’d be at the dealership an additional 2-3 hours. I explained to them that I drove from 3-4 hours away and with the storm coming in that I had already spent way too much time at the dealership. Terrible service! I brought my less than two year old Cherokee in for service 7 years ago. I had "made an appointment" for a specific problem to be addressed. The guy who met me said, "You should have made an appointment" I knew I was in trouble. It took 4 days for them to change the battery and do an oil change. They then tried to charge me for both even though the battery replacement was a warranty issue and the oil change was covered by the Jeep Wave program. It took me 7 years to build up the courage to take my vehicle back to them, specifically for some recalls, concerns about the transmission, and to have the "service shifter" issue addressed. They kept the vehicle for 14 days. During this time the ONLY contact I had with my advisor was through email that I had initiated. W

Had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and wash. After waiting for 3 hours, I asked the service advisor where my truck was. He came back, told me it had been mis-assigned, but was done. He told me I was not being charged due to the wait. We got to my truck, and the tires had not been rotated. There were signs the oil had not been changed either. Service advisor got the tech, who SWORE he changed the oil and lied to me, saying the "new" filter looked dirty because of the rag he used to put the filter on. Knowing they lied, I did my own oil change the next Saturday. The filter was obviously not new, as it was covered with dirt and had water marks on it from car washes and being driven in the rain. I left my vehicle at this dealership for a fuel pump recall and the Ram Boxes were broken into. The boxes and bed were significantly damaged (in the thousands to repair). I attempted to contact the manager for 3 days after picking up the truck and not one response after leaving multiple messages. I finally had to go back into the dealership in person. The dealership offered no help to repair the damage that occurred while in their care. I do not recommend this dealership or service department for any purchase or repair. I dropped the truck off for a recall part to be fixed only to have upwards of $2,5000 worth of damage upon pickup. Trying to understand how this is ok? Set an appointment for mid morning (Drove 3 hours to get to appointment) for an oil change. 5 hours later my vehicle was done. I rated 3 stars out of kindness because the work being done was good and they ordered necessary parts to replace a warranty issue. I would give 5 stars if it didn’t take 5 hours for an oil change that takes a local dealer an hour and half at most to complete. When I first got there a couple of employees looked at me and walked by and I received no acknowledgement or a simple “HI”. Service writer finally came out and took my name. And said it should take about 2 hours. I wonder why make an appointment to sit in line for service. Customer service needs to be looked over, but the work was good and they explained and issues with the vehicle well.
