Their customer service is a Karen and Ken approach from the basic people working the floor and desk jobs.To managers. They all simply give you bs answers and best around the bush. Highly recommend just going down the road to any other dealership locally.

I had the best car dealer experience of my life at South Sound Trucks. My cars transmission went out so I went to this dealership just to look around. Lexi and Rob where the one's who helped me. Lexi was very friendly, informative, and patient with me. I wanted to test drive every truck and car that grabbed my attention. Then when it came down to it, two cars were left to decide from. Rob and Lexi made that decision a little easier for me by giving me the time I needed and listening to my needs. Overall great experience.
