Chubby’s Automotive in Sylmar brought my car back from two years of frustration and disappointment. Our ’41 (Sweet November) had bounced between a couple of shops, with promises that never panned out and issues that were never truly fixed. It wasn’t until we took the ‘41 to Chubby’s that things changed. He found the real problems, fixed them correctly, and did it without trying to nickel-and-dime us. Amazing auto shop. I believe his name was Nicholas Hernandez, super professional and answered my call right away. When I picked up my car, they offered us ice cream.

I'm unbelievably thankful to Chubby and his crew for helping me out. Everyone at the shop is so friendly and informative. When I told him my budget, he made everything happen without any confusion or fuss. I got my brakes replaced (among other fixes) and my car feels like new again. Without a doubt will be returning for any future work needed on my car.

This shop is honest, trustworthy, and incredibly kind. When my car broke down in the middle of the 405, they diagnosed the problem right away and walked me through my options. The final work came in significantly under their estimate, and they even changed the oil and got it washed. Above all, they were patient and easy to talk to.
