Service Center: Absolutely outrageous labor charges. My experience was really bad when compared to other locations. This location of toyota charged me $1600 to fix a sound coming from my Toyota Camry. Are you kidding me??? Not only was it outrageous price, the sound came back after 2 days. The person who was supposed to hand me opff the car was trying to get off his shift so he doesnt have to personally answer me why I was charged $1500 for labor? They replaced a part worth $50 in the car. Rest was labor. What is the point of fighting with them in the counter? Its not like I dont have to pay the labor charge. What a SCAM.

The way this service team jumped into action to assist me with my windshield wipers was the kindness I absolutely needed yesterday! It was raining and all of a sudden my driver side wiper just stopped working. I made my way safely to this location and was greeted with professionalism, care, and immediate support! Thank you service team!

I took my fiancee's vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation which cost $1 40. When the vehicle was finished, I paid and they told me my vehicle was out front. These disgusting, repugnant, pathetic, horrible people parked her vehicle in a handicapped space. Neither she nor I are handicapped. There is no excuse whatsoever in any way shape or form for anyone to park in a handicap space that is not handicapped. I will not be back ever. In addition to the excessive pricing for services, then they have the audacity to charge a credit card surcharge. Please take your vehicle anywhere but this dealership.

We usually are pretty good about scheduling our service, but decided last minute to get it done today since we had the time. The service team worked us in and even had a tech drive us down the road to get my daughter a snack since we forgot her diaper bag. Chuck Hutton Toyota service team always goes above and beyond when we come here! Highly recommend buying from here.

I took my Toyota in to get the key fob replaced and made it clear to the consultant that I didn’t want a hard key included since it wasn’t necessary and would cost extra. The consultant agreed, and I was quoted $200 for the service. When I picked up the key, the bill was nearly $450! They not only charged me for the hard key I specifically declined, but they also refused to remove it from the bill. On top of that, there were almost $200 in extra fees and charges that were never mentioned during the consultation. Customers should be informed of all fees and labor costs upfront, and I should never have been charged for something I didn’t need and explicitly said I didn’t want.
