I had an intermittent issue starting my car for 4 months. 4 months!! It was really impacting my life because I could not guarantee my reliability for anything. My work is appointment-based and I must drive from place to place, so this was not good for me at all. I finally switched from my old mechanic to these guys, and within under 24 hours they had not just identified, but actually fixed the issue. They were prompt, professional, and to the point - no frills, in the best way possible. I dropped my car off Tuesday and it was ready to go by mid afternoon Wednesday. We broke down in ROSEBURG OR on Mother's Day. Being from Arizona, we knew no one. We were so fortunate to call a outstanding towing company who came out, recommended SWARM'S, loaded our truck, took us to hotel of our choice, then delivered our truck to Swarm's fenced auto repair. By 9:00 the next morning, Swarm's called about the diagnosis of our truck. They ordered the part, picked us up at the hotel, repair was done by 3:00. The cost was more than fair and the service was outstanding. We were in the repair business for over 15 years so we are very familiar with fair and honest service. Would recommend this family auto repair to anyone!!
