I'm a return customer. I've taken multiple cars to Chuck's. Chuck will work with you and/or your insurance. The staff has always been polite and personable. Their body work is top notch. Their receipts showing parts and labor are very detailed. My car was spotless when I got it back. I didn't get a rental this time but worth noting that there's an Enterprise next door. The owner is local and invested in the community. Happy to do business with Chuck and his team.

I cannot tell you how many good experiences I have had with this place. Truly such kind, caring, and knowledgable people. I always feel welcome, services are fairly priced and completed in timely manners, and they go above and beyond to help me in my time of need. Alan actually once met me at a Sheetz to change my tire as he was leaving work for the day. I will never go anywhere else, these guys are the absolute best!
