We do not shop around. If it is our car, it goes to Chuck’s Automotive. We have been with them for more than 13 years, and they have seen us through everything from routine oil changes to a full motor swap. I had an outstanding experience at Chuck’s! My brakes were making noise, and I knew it was time for repairs. I had previously lived in Austin and received a quote from a local mechanic there, which was quite exorbitant. At Chuck’s, the staff was friendly and attentive, making my first visit very welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised by their fair pricing, and my vehicle was ready right when they promised. I appreciated the variety of options available without any pressure to buy extras. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in a cozy atmosphere, and I was thrilled to get a ride home from Hanna the shuttle driver. I'm new to the McKinney area, I’ve found my new go to mechanics! Chuck’s Automotive is hands down one of the most trustworthy auto shops I’ve ever worked with. It’s so hard to find a mechanic these days who truly cares about their customers, but they absolutely do. From Dell to Chuck and the entire team!! Remember the "old days" when "excellence" was common? When polite behavior was too? When "customer service" was real?! World class attitude and service!!!
