Chuck’s Autoworks

We happened to stop in front of Chuck’s shop on a Friday evening after dark to check on our trailer lights that weren’t working. Chuck went out of his way to assist us without us even asking for help. His kindness and willingness to help truly made our trip. He not only identified what we needed but also installed it at no charge. Although I had never done business with him before, as I live outside of the Great Bend area, the way he treated us as complete strangers left a lasting impression. I would highly recommend Chuck for his outstanding customer service and genuine care for others.

Chuck is absolutely fantastic! If he can help ya he will. Can’t give this man enough praise for the help he gave me!

This "Chuck" guy is a JOKE. I called him a couple weeks ago my vehicle had broke down. He said he was out a month. I told him I'd need to get it towed anyways. Finally I was able to find someone to help me get it towed...and when I call him he was totally rude, yelled at me said he is now two months out..even though there is no vehicles parked outside his business. I said well I can wait two months..he pretty much was telling me he didn't want to work on my car. I couldn't believe how rude he was considering I have not done any business with him, he claims to work on cars but don't wanna work on certain people's cars?? Not sure but I wouldn't go to Chucks Automotive.

Took daughter's car in...Chuck did a thorough inspection and it's clear he knows his stuff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a good mechanic...he's your man!

Should change business hours since it says it closes at 6 and you denied service at 4 I'm from out of town and don't this town well but next time be a little more polite
