Great group of guys here at the Great Bend NAPA. Respectful, polite and accommodating. I bought an AC blower motor for an older vehicle here and then the vehicle broke down. I had to return the blower and these guys made my experience quick, easy and hastle free. I WOULD %100 recommend this particular NAPA to a friend. Side note: I was traveling during all this and happened to be on Garden City, Kansas. I tried to do the return there but the employee's were condescending, arrogant and sarcastic. At one point I caught the manager making hand signals behind my back to the employee I was dealing with at the register. They tried to charge me a $30 restocking fee and didn't tell me about it until I asked as he was handing me cash. I didn't have my receipt at the time and I believe it was becau

Richard personally answered the phone after hours and was willing to do whatever to help us at the race track getting our car back into contention. Can’t tell you what that means to us that your willing to jump through hoops like that. Thank you so much Rich great job!!!
