The car wash needs to be serviced/repaired. It left pretty sizable scratches on the hood of my vehicle. I contacted the owner of the car wash. At first, he was reasonable and admitted this is not the first time his car wash had damaged a vehicle. He came to look at the damage and a week later said he would not be covering any costs to repair the damage. I would avoid this car wash because there is a risk of damage and the owner is not honest and will not take appropriate actions.
This is my favorite car wash. It just works efficiently and gets the car clean. Soft touch does it well.
