Town Fair Tire

Purchased 4 brand new tires and got an alignment today. And thank god for salesmen Mike at the Dayville location! He noticed that one of the supposedly brand new tires was used and had a patch on it. He quickly sent someone out to get a new tire. Thanks to his professionalism and attention to detail, that issue was resolved shift and efficiently! I highly recommend anyone to go down and work with Mike for your vehicle tires. You will be in good hands!

When I arrived for my appointment Andrew came out to check out my truck. His first comment was not about the issue but how much he admired my truck before I knew it we had a great connection. He was very thorough and gave me a great price for the front end alignment, valve stem replacement and tire rotation

Had the pleasure of being taken care of by Mike at the front. From start to finish smooth transaction and great customer care. Was very thorough explaining some of the things I may want to keep in mind for vehicle upkeep in the future. Open and honest, but never pushy. Fantastic price. Well they only offer service if you have a car under 10 years old ! We took the almost never used tires from a 2014 Chevy cruise as the car was almost never driven after we put these tires on the car about 8 years ago … we took 2 off that had a slow leak drop them off and imagine they do not fix tires from an old car ( 2014 ?? ) but they had some Amazingly great deals on some new Ones lmao !! FYI my hubby is VERY mechanically inclined and the tires were in great shape ! But nope they would not fix them … so unless you want some new overpriced tires don’t bother going there save yourself the trip … oh and to the owner …. We were also looking for tires for our newer 2022 truck hmmm how much are those … well you know the answer … bad move customer and first and all that … and you didn’t even

Horrible experience. Was told Jeep was ready but then told it wasnt. Was told it was an automated text they have no control over but then told tech marked it complete when it wasnt after questioning that original explanation . Ultimately they were trying to give me back the wrong vehicle and that was the problem. Given back the wrong vehicle keys and someone elses info. Not the techs fault, he was given directions by the manager. Nobody knew what was going on that was involved with my Jeep. Directly lied to by manager Tom more than once who just kept saying what do you want from me over and over and offered no help. I want my Jeep back the way I gave it to you!! Called above him for help when Jeep was ruined!! Shaking uncontrollably, warning lights on and none of that was present before
