Chuck absolutely saved my day! My coolant started leaking on my lunch break, and I found out the arm on my reservoir where the hose connects had snapped. I couldn’t drive it anywhere, but Chuck came right to the auto parts store, where I stopped to investigate the issue and buy more coolant, to rescue me. Even though the store I was at did not have the part he was able to find it at another store go get it and get to me. He replaced the part on the spot and had me back on the road in under an hour.
