Save your money and your time with Chuck's. I had a hood repaint and it was not good. I would have been embarrassed to release a customers vehicle with such shoddy work. And it was nearly twice the cost when I took my vehicle to our other body shop in town to get the brand new paint job refinished and done right. If you don't care about quality and price then this is the where you should be. If you want a professional job and a decent price. Go to Cut Banks other vehicle repair facility. That was my last experience I want to have with Chuck's. Sorry Chuck. Your so called craftsman aren't very competent at their profession.

Initially I felt very well taken care of. I was a walk-in appointment and then had my car stop working. The staff were very attentive and prompt as well as attempting to diagnose the issue. I had to leave my vehicle at Chuck's Auto with the appointment at the Ford dealership over 10 days away. However I contacted another Ford dealership and they were able to see me on Wednesday. I contacted Chuck's Auto to ask if they could tow my car to Conrad and they said yes we will do it today/Wednesday. They did not & I had to reach out to them and find out why my car had not been delivered. Apparently they were too busy and so stated they would deliver it Thursday. By 4:00 p.m. they had not delivered my car to the Ford repair shop. Again Chuck's Auto did not contact me I had to contact them! A lack

We were in a car accident while on vacation in montana and had our vehicle towed to Chuck's Paint and Body. They helped prioritize our vehicle and kept us updated throughout the process. I never once felt as though our poor and difficult situation was being taken advantage of. These guys saved our trip and did a great job repair9ng the vehicle so we could get it home. I highly recommend.

Let me put it this way. I've only been a customer here for less than 2 years and they treat me like I've done business there my whole life. They usually get me in the first day for new tires, and have fixed multiple flats and a four wheeler for my son for free. Great service, even better people.

Heard nothing but negative things about this place but we had to bring our vehicle here. We paid $1700 in repairs and we’re still having the same issue :(
