Cut Bank Motor & Transmission

I had motor work done from this place in which they did a good job. They took off a heat shield off the top and around the bottom for rocks for debris and they never replaced them. I have a heat shield on the top That’s not the right one and vibrates when I drive at higher mileage. For two years I’ve been asking him to replace this and every time he lied and said he was going to and never did. I don’t think I’m gonna bring my vehicles here anymore if I Have problems again. There’s too much of personnel turnover and six months for me to get my vehicle back. I have all new engine parts not listed below!

BEWARE. Price doubled with no warning or answer to any communication. Over a month late from the date it was supposed to be done. No excuses. No apology. No compromise. Yes they are all nice people, but I think someone who is the Pastor of a church should be more transparent. I know of at least THREE other person(s) who were also double or over charged and waited an extra month or extra time. If you use their services get it written in stone with an agreement that any extra charges must be discussed in advance....that is my advice....or just go somewhere else. Too bad. I did not expect such treatment. I am shocked. I can not imagine the damage this sort of behavior could do to families and individuals who are living on the poverty line. I brought my truck in to be diagnosed. Bill said it would be free... It took 3 weeks for them to do that! Today when tried to pick up my truck he said I owe him $720!!! He called the cops on me saying I was trust passing! He does work that wasn't approved or even asked to do. And he pushed my friend when she tried to get in the truck!

Very friendly guy, won't find many people nicer than him. Was very helpful and knowledgeable....saved our fishing trip
