Made an appointment to get an inspection on my wife’s car last week for today and dropped it off in the morning like we said we would. Told me it would be done by around 1pm I came early to wait for the inspection to be done just for them to tell me they wouldn’t be able to get it done today. A huge waste of my time definitely would consider taking your business elsewhere. Very unprofessional

Love this place and the guys who run it. I have been taking my cars there for years, since the days when their dad was running it. Never had a bad experience. Straight up honest, always looking for ways to keep the price down. Often manage to get a job finished earlier than first estimated. My only hesitation in giving a great review is that I don't want them too swamped with business to get to my car next time 😉

My family has been going to Chuck's for now a third generation. Lee and Dom listen, they care about our vehicles, and they understand our goals (our cars tend to be old with a few idiosyncrasies). They have several times gone above and beyond: taking my vehicle to another specialized shop (of course they asked me first); discovering and making minor repairs without charging me; and accommodating my schedule with a cheerful smile. They also agreed to look at a possible new purchase (used car) and saved us from overpaying for an inferior car. He explained exactly what was wrong with the car, what would have to be done to fix it, and what he would therefore pay for the car. I cannot recommend Chuck's highly enough. Love this place a lot. Honest, friendly guys who do good work. They do their best to keep the price down and a number of times they haven't charged at all for labor on little repairs they've done. I've gone to them for years and I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough about the quality of work, pricing and honesty of this place. Good mechanics are hard to find, this place is a gem among auto repair centers. I had a new exhaust done in the fall, I noticed some rattling recently along with knowing I need new shocks. He said the noise I heard was from a loose bracket and said I got this since it was from the new exhaust. That is honesty, so new shocks, oil change and taking care of the rattling in less than a day. Highly recommend this place.
