In my 30+ years of driving, I've never had such a poor experience with a mechanic. I wish we could give less than a star for his misrepresentation, failure to render services properly, and unprofessionalism. Only after, I tried to address concerns about why the car was not operable after his repair, did the extent of his unprofessionalism appear. My daughter and I paid over $2000 for repairs, her only vehicle. We believe in paying for quality work, and I say this not to tear a person down with malice, but what we received fell far short of any quality business practices. Even though he stated that the car was “running good and ready to go,” it was not operable. when we went to pick it up. Extremely helpful! He was able to get me in fairly quickly for my brakes and even was able to order parts to be delivered when I realized I got the wrong brakes. Definitely coming back for anything else I need done.

Eric (the owner) is a highly qualified mechanic. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. If he can't fix it he doesn't have a problem with recommending some who can. Plus his prices are very reasonable. Where else can you go that allows you to bring your own parts or Eric will recommend a great place to get them at a decent price.

The gentleman here didn’t know me from Adam and when I needed air in an almost flat tire he was so kind as to take the vehicle he was working on out of the bay so as to have the space to fill the tire so that I could continue on to get to a place that would repair or replace the tire. Then he smiled and waved me on when I offered to pay him. His kindness is much appreciated.

Guy Totally ripped me off. I am not a car guy number one. I trusted this individual to do honest work on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and he did not place the parts on my vehicle that I purchased from Auto Zone. However, it was a year later that I found out. I took the car to one of my friends and my friend discovered that the spark plug wires that Churchman's auto service was supposed to place in my car...were not there. This guy should be shut down. Those wires came to 189.93 and he probably kept them for his own personal usage. RIPPED ME OFF!
