⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough great things about Churchville Service Center. They truly went above and beyond when I was in a pinch right before heading to the mountains for a weekend ski trip with my family. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly informative, kind, and reassuring. As a small business owner myself, the personal touch means everything to me and they absolutely delivered. Not only did they find a way to fit me in the same day, but they also dropped me off at my home and later returned my vehicle once the service was complete. That level of care is rare. Bill was one of the most genuine people I’ve ever met and the owner Tom makes you know he is grateful for your business. We called Churchville Service Center to get a gauge of what kind of a business it was...were they honest or were they gonna try and get over on us like another shop had just done to us recently. Bill answered the phone and explained that he understands how it can be hard to find out if you can trust a place but that Churchville Service Center had been around for a long time and that they have customers that have been coming there for years and multiple generations within the same families are going there. Which to me means people trust this place enough to tell their kids to go here and to keep going here. So we brought our Ford Escape here for work and Bill was very polite and respectful. He took the time to answer all of our questions and Tom the owner also came out to introduce himself.

I wanted to get an oil change before a trip we were taking right after Christmas. I spoke to Bill and the shop schedule was full that week but he said they could do it if I dropped it off the night before or first thing in the morning on Wednesday. The work was completed and they even took care of a check engine light that I knew about. Bill called first about the light and I gave him authorization to check it out. I was very impressed with this shop. If you are looking for an honest shop with fair pricing give them a try.

Sent here from another body shop that didn’t carry the part I needed and were too busy to help. I spoke to Bill at the front desk and he got my car in right away. The quote I was given beat every other place I called by $150, but it was going to be one of two possible parts to fix my issue. They said they’d order both and charge me for which ever they used and gave me the quote based on the more expensive one. I had an appointment scheduled for four days away (after the new year) but Bill called and said they had an opening that day if I could make it in. They got me in, and the fix was done by the end of the day. They said that they were able to use the cheaper part so the price was even less than the quote. They didn’t have to do that. I’ve had an ongoing grinding noise coming from the back of my car for months, and after several failed repair attempts over the summer at other shops, I finally decided to try a new place in Churchville. I’m so glad I did! Wes went over my vehicle with a fine-tooth comb and not only fixed the original issue but also identified and addressed problems I hadn’t even realized were there. What stood out most to me was his communication; he messaged me updates throughout the process, explained what he was finding, and always asked for permission before moving forward with additional work. That level of transparency gave me a lot of peace of mind. When I got my car back, the grinding noise was gone entirely, zero issues. Everything runs smoothly now.
