Days Truck Center

Very sketchy shop, do not and I repeat DO NOT! EVER GO TO THIS PLACE! They like to rig cars and clear engine and transmission codes so they can sell them to you. Then you drive off the lot and hours later have all kinds of lights coming on. Fast forward 3 months later and the vehicle needs a new transmission and over $6000 more worth of repairs. save yourself some stress time and money and never go here.

Avoid this place at all costs!!!! I don't even give it a one star rating, but it won't let me post unless there is at least one start.. I bought my SUV back in November and have had nothing but problems ever since... Very next day after bringing it home check engine came on reading multiple different codes including but not limited to catalytic converters and O2 sensors.. took it back to them and they so called fixed it couple of days later check engine light came on again for other reasons.. I ended up taking my truck back there about 3 to 4 times to get "fixed". Fast forward to 3 months after having my truck it is already needing a new transmission and my head gasket is blown. I will never understand how it passed MD state inspection with all of the issues I have had since I've gotten it

To put it simply I'm extremely disappointed with this dealership. My family had purchased several vehicles in the past from here. Larry (the owner) has always been willing to negotiate with the prices on all of his vehicles in the lot. Well, I went in and found a car that I really liked. However, the price he was asking was very Steep and much more than the car was worth so we negotiated and he OFFERED to drop the price by $2,000. This being said he said there would be no warranty included with the purchase. which I had verified previously that there was nothing wrong with the car and the warranty wouldn't be an issue. 5 days after I drove it off the lot the engine light came on. I didnt like my experience here, at first I did, then come to find out the stuff I paid for wasn't taken care of when I needed to use it, like the warranty I paid for, so the check engine light came on and it's a simple fix but hadn't I not call to see if it was covered I wouldn't have know that $960 dollars I paid for the warranty was never sent to the GWC, so I called Day auto and told him I want my money back since it was never sent in and he told me that he would get back to me on Monday and that it's only two people working here now, this isn't the first misunderstanding here but this is the biggest one and I wish I had went else where because my money just went in there pockets and I want it back now since they failed to take care of me the customer and I am getting put off until Mo
