We had an amazing experience at CIA Autoplex. Parker and the owner, Cliff, were both incredible to work with. They explained every detail and made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Beautiful dealership and top-notch customer service!

I have to start off by saying that I was very nervous going into this transaction. I have bought and sold many cars over the years and I am in sales myself. I was nervous that we would be bombarded and harassed while on the lot (did not happen) OR we would get ignored (also did not happen). Josh our sales rep was very professional and willing to go that bit of extra that we liked. We were able to go on a personal test drive, no reps so we can talk about everything openly… very much appreciated and unique in today’s sales world. I DID BUY that day… HOWEVER I did end up with a warning sign just a few days later!!! TO MY SURPRISE they said bring it back today so we can look at it!!
