We had our Suburban taken here after a collision last year and I was pleased with the work that they did to get the Suburban fixed properly. Working with their team and State Farm was painless to ensure all repairs were made. However, we just had a suspension/alignment issue develop after ~8 months due to an improperly tightened camber bolt (that required repair while we were out of town on vacation). They mean it when they say they stand behind their work and made the warranty process a breeze even though they did not repair the work. Lord willing I don't need collision work in the future, but if I do I know I will be bringing my vehicle here.

I ended up with them by chance but am so glad we did. We had the damage repaired from an accident and had some additional work done while it was there. My Tahoe looks great. They also fixed two of my rims and they look new. I hope we do not need them soon, but we will definitely use them again before going anywhere else. Very professional and were a week ahead of schedule to save us from having to rent a car for another week without cost to the quality of work.

I had a problem, for the second time, with the tag holder on a 2025 Audi Q7. Audi replaced the first one, not the second one. I carried it by Gluckstadt Body shop. One man came out the door to greet me. He went and got another gentleman to come look at it. They remove it from the and had if repaired and replaced in about 15-20 minutes. They did a great job. I would definitely use them again, if needed!

Gluckstadt Body Shop is top notch in every aspect. They repaired one of my vehicles and it was showroom quality. We also work together with them doing some body work on our customers campers at Camper Corral, Inc. Highly recommended!!
