This place is hands down fantastic. I came to Eduardo late before closing and he promised me that if I came back the next morning he’d take care care of me, and he did. The mechanics here took care of my car and returned it better than before. The level of communication was above and beyond and even other customers told me when I dropped the car off that they trust this place more than any where. I will be going back for any issue I have and think everyone should.

I typically have my vehicle inspected at this shop, but I had never gotten it repaired until recently, and I am very pleased with their service and genuinely thankful. I spoke with Domingo a few times on the phone before I chose to take my car in for service. He never disregarded me; he consistently showed respect and provided information. I had my car transported to Cibao from a service center in Westchester because the manufacturing service center attempted to bill me thousands. Domingo linked me to a towing company who picked up my car and dropped it off at Cibao, all while I was at work and couldn’t take time off. Cibao is truly great! The service is excellent with reasonable prices. Domingo (the owner) is a straight shooter. He's an honest guy with a great crew of mechanics. He takes excellent car of your car and always takes the time to not only explain what is wrong with the car and why he suggests a particular repair, but to actually put the car up on the lift or pop the hood and show you! I've been coming to him for years and I've never been disappointed.

I had some car trouble yesterday and was greeted by friendly staff at Cibao. They gave me an honest assessment of what was wrong with my car, and a fair price. Other repair shops in Manhattan are ripoffs and will lie and say more things are wrong with the car when they really are not. My mom was the person who recommended Cibao to me because of their honesty and good business practices. Thank you very much for taking care of me yesterday and I will be back!

Fast! Reliable! In and out! I had a headlight bulb that needed replacement. I called Cibao up, and they said bring it in! Before bringing my car in, I asked for an estimate, since I was already in possession of the part -- I'd ordered it through Amazon. So Cibao gave me a fair quote, and I brought the car in. I get there and lo' and behold, the part I'd ordered -- didn't fit! No worries, turns out these guys had a matching part (a regular headlight bulb)! They put the bulb in, tape up some wires they showed me were loose, and they get me out of there in under an hour! Fantastic 5-star service!
