Cidade's Service Station

Went to pick up package. Clerk couldn't find it. We both looked over the shelves, neither of us could find it. We found another package with the same address but for a different unit. Clerk stated sometimes it's listed as delivered but isn't, then comes the next day. I accepted that and I left. Came back next day, Neither clerk nor I could find the package again. I took note of who signed for the package prior and asked her "Who is Fortes?, this is who signed for the package". She states "That's me" I said "If you signed for it, shouldn't the package be here?" She said, "Well, It's not here" and added nothing else. I said "I have the tracking number, can you look it up.", she said "We can't do anything that way", I asked, "What do I do, UPS states it was delivered here", she says, "You ca

Very professional, and trustworthy mechanic, they do a good job, and they do it quick. I've gone there for inspection stickers, oil changes, and some mechanical work on my car. This place is a southend gem.

Jorge at cidade's service station is a very talented mechanic. Come in to see his awards posted. Jorge and Manuel are honest trustworthy and dependable for any of your issues! They can do anything and everything from fixing car doors, fuse replacement, undercoating spray, fluid flushes, diagnosing brakes and alot more. Honestly my car and I can't get enough of this place! Honest prices! With a smile!

Went and got my sticker here today I'm assuming it was the owner I was dealing with older gentleman he was running the whole place by himself very nice very respectful I would recommend best place to anybody exceptional service even with running the whole place by himself

I came in to get a state inspection sticker. nice employees, they got the job done. However, right in the middle of the job they stopped working for 10 minutes or so to chat with a Co - worker who was just stopping by.. While I stood there and waited. That's my only complaint. Otherwise, I would have rated 5 stars.
