You are better off buying a car from a stranger off the street than dealing with one of their dealerships. Temp expired no plates no explanation no I’m sorry no updates issues with the car I bought They didn’t check it properly. I drove 90 minutes from my home asked for all the details and what I got was yes our shop checked it but in reality they didn’t fix the issues. I’m am so sorry I bought a car from Ciocca and will let everyone know that they do not treat people well there and do not care about the customer I will go up the chain till I get a resolution
My wife and I had an appointment for this past Tuesday at the Honda dealership in Harrisburg. We moved to the area 3 years ago and need to find a new Honday dealership. We have a 23 accord sport hybrid with 23k on it and garage kept. Our lease is up in March. My wife wanted another Accord. By every account we has some equity in our Accord. First we see give. Payments of $973.00 a month for 36 months. The sales manager told me the trade had almost no value because no wants to buy a used hybrid (. So he was telling me the car I want to be is not a good idea ? Here is what I wanted to say. It was 15 degrees out , we were the only ones in the showroom , both buyers accounted for and ready to buy. The salesman told us that sales were down because Faulkner gets
SCAM ARTISTS, BE AWARE! Posting this in hopes the same thing doesn't happen to anyone else. I went to Ciocca Chevrolet of West Chester in September to discuss getting into a new lease. They never informed me of the remaining lease payments on my old vehicle and led me to believe those payments would be rolled into my new lease.I left with a new Silverado and left my old truck on their lot assuming everything was fine (as I have done in the past when getting a new lease). They did not roll the payments into my new lease as they led me to believe and I got a call from the bank saying I owe thousands. When I called Ciocca back they were unable to locate my old vehicle and could not tell me where it was. After hours on the phone, I was eventually able to track down my old vehicle. When I cal
Ciocca Kia Ewing Service Department assisted me with a Kia Amercia warranty service issue. Lauren and the service department assited throughout the process and the repairs were covered 100% under the Kia Amercia warranty. Ciocca Automotive has grown to over 50 locations from humble beginnings, but it is quite evident from my experience they haven't forgotten about their customers needs even after the sale, and still treat you as if you were family. Thank You.
We went to Ciocca Subaru in Allentown to purchase a car we had researched and the sales person had us drive 3 others before we got in the car we wanted - 4 hours later. We ended up purchasing (the car we asked to drive first but drove last) the beginning of August and nearly two and a half months later STILL don't have title or registration (so driving on expired temporary tags). Purchased in PA, registering in Texas. Now they claim we refused to get a state inspection, are refunding our registration $ and we will have to go through the process on our own. First, we wouldn't have paid the registration $ if we were refusing to get an inspection or we didn't clearly discuss you would be managing that process, and second, Texas doesn't even require a state inspection for brand new cars (also
