I bought a car Ciocca automobile group in December 2025. Even though I explained that I would be using the car for work and should have a tax reduction, they convinced me otherwise and made me sign the contract. Later, realizing the tax reduction was necessary, they tried to get me to sign a new contract, including the tax in the car price without applying the reduction. They pressured me with absurdities, saying I had to return the car if I didn't sign, claiming there were no changes to the contract. I understood their mathematical trick and refused to sign. Eventually, they applied the tax reduction and made a new contract. Of course, this took time, and the temporary license plate they gave me expired. When I requested a new temporary license plate, they offered a ridiculous solution: "

Absolutely terrible service. I brought my truck in for a brake sensor and a shift-to-park sensor issue. First, I was told that I needed four new brake pads and rotors and that they were nearly metal-to-metal. I took my vehicle to another mechanic for a second opinion, and they determined that only the rear brakes needed to be replaced. After the service was completed, the error was cleared, and even the GMC display showed that I still had 57% remaining on the front brake pads. The technician working on my truck attempted to sell me a full brake job when it was clearly unnecessary. Came in for a quick test drive and Mark Z took care of us. He was great; personable, knowledgeable, and expedient! We didn't get a car there that day but I would happily buy one from Mark, GMC just didn't have the vehicle for me this go around.

Please please please don’t come here and don’t buy a car here especially used. Their salesperson Sam lied to us and didn’t tell us everything and scammed us. We bought a car from them and drove the car off the lot and it wasn’t working. We have a problem with our On Star and Sam the sales person we were dealing told us that the reason why it wasn’t working was only because we have to call onstar and set up the account on their end and as soon as we do the Onstar button and everything else tied to Onstar like navigation and road side assistance would be working. Well that was a total lie because turns out the reason why is wasn’t working is because they sold us a car that has wire and software and computer issues .
