I bought a Jeep from them in December 2025. Even though I explained that I would be using the car for work and should have a tax reduction, they convinced me otherwise and made me sign the contract. Later, realizing the tax reduction was necessary, they tried to get me to sign a new contract, including the tax in the car price without applying the reduction. They pressured me with absurdities, saying I had to return the car if I didn't sign, claiming there were no changes to the contract. I understood their mathematical trick and refused to sign. Eventually, they applied the tax reduction and made a new contract. Of course, this took time, and the temporary license plate they gave me expired. Original car buying process was very smooth, no issues with that. However at the time of purchase I signed up to get a Mopar extended warranty, and as I recently found out (about a year later) I was in fact not sold a Mopar warranty but a 3rd party warranty. All the talk with finance at the time was very direct and stated I wanted a Mopar warranty. I had a line item for MOPAR SERVICE CONTRACT on my sale contract, I was verbally told I was getting a Mopar warranty and made VERY specific mention at the time that was the only warranty I would be interested in. Now a year goes by and I have some minor warranty work to get done and now I find out that I was lied to and deceived by this dealership and that the only warranty on the vehicle is through Assurant.
