I just had my 2017 Jeep compass sport repaired after I was rear ended in an accident. RUN don’t walk away from this disorganized mess…. This has been, by far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had in the auto industry. I was hit by another driver on 9/24, and dropped my car off at Ciocca Collision Red Lion on 9/25 for repairs since they were designated as a “select service center” by the other drivers insurance company, who was taking full liability and paying for repairs and my rental vehicle. I was told by the initial employee who called with my estimate that my car would take “about 2 weeks” to be fixed. I e-signed and sent back the authorization paperwork within a few hours of receiving it, and the car insurance company did the same with their authorization to begin work.
