Ciocca Collision of Williamsport

I’d like to start by saying that the customer service isn’t bad at all. However, their primary responsibility is to fit the car and return it to the original manufacturer as soon as possible. Unfortunately, with my car and the simple task that should have been completed, it wasn’t done as expected, as you can see in the pictures. Additionally, some of the damage to the vehicle, which isn’t particularly serious, is evident in the pictures. However, the two last pictures show that the side that was hit has the lights misaligned. Furthermore, there’s a small drop of paint in the vehicle that they apparently missed. I didn’t reach out to them again because I thought it was a waste of time, especially since they couldn’t get the job right the first time. Why should I have to give them another

I had the unfortunate event of my car being struck by a deer. With my insurance we went to Ciocca and they did not disappoint. They did a beautiful job on my car, and were so fast! I couldn't believe they had it in and out in 1 week! 100% recommend!

Everyone at Ciocca was very friendly and kept me informed other then the car rental time as I explained in one of the questions. The receptionist Sheila went above and beyond to help me when I picked my car up and even came out to the car to help me find something that I lost.🫠 Thanks Sheila for being so kind to me!!
