Wheels of Williamsport

I've bought 3 bikes from this place. 2 brand new. I bought a 250 yamaha to ride just to work in 08. The "first service" cost me $260 bucks. And that was "discounted" because I bought the bike new, there. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄, 2 plugs and an oil change. I assumed they checked valves (which is incredibly easy) I will never use the shop for maintenance service again. That being said, the showroom was exciting. Lots to look at. I bought a ninja in 2020. The buying experience is enjoyable. Its quick and easy and they spend time with you to make sure you "know" the machine. There usually isn't many used bikes though. The showroom is big and they do have a restroom which is adequate. There is always parking and the store is close to the mall.

I had a great experience here, my bike was fairly priced and he even threw in some gear for buying the bike. I can't see how anyone is having problems here. Everyone was courteous and very knowledgeable. They also have a great selection.

Stopped in to see the selection. They have a lot of off-road stuff. And RC toys. Not much in the street on road selection. Tons of helmet racks that are all but empty. We checked out a Vulcan, however no sales ppl came to talk to us. I had a trailer on my truck, and ready to buy .. . Unfortunately they were not ready to sell.

Excellent staff. Friendly on the phone and in person. Great showroom, getting better all the time. Service department was very helpful, Dave in particular. They are an hour drive for me, but I'll keep coming back.

My only and last experience with this dealership has to do with ordering a part. Told it would be a week to two weeks and I would be contacted when it came in. I called at the two week mark, and was told it was not in yet that I will be called when it's in. At the 3-week mark, I went into the dealership to get my money back and low and behold the part was there.
