I came in for piston ring repair under my extended warranty, and I had the pleasure of working with Zachary Cronin, the service advisor. He was exceptional—very professional, helpful, and a great listener. Zachary patiently listened to my concerns, especially after I had been turned away by another Honda service center, despite clearly being eligible for the warranty. I explained the situation and provided evidence, and he thoroughly assessed the issue, confirming that I was indeed eligible for the repair. I am currently awaiting the vehicle's delivery after all the necessary repairs have been completed, until then a loner car is given to me. I am very thankful to Ciocca Honda & Zach for exceptional service and support!

We had some original frustrations trying to communicate through email/text. However, we really wanted to purchase through Ciocca because of the Ciocca promise and positive experiences of friends and family. We decided to visit in person and we were greeted by salesman Adam. He was great! Not pushy but friendly. We originally went to look at a used RAV4 and left with a new Highlander...which is really what we wanted. Inventory was a little limited due to shortages nationwide. We still had plenty of choices and everyone was upfront.

This is a great place to have your vehicle serviced. Today, I had my parking braking system overhauled. The caliber ordered was defective. They managed to have a new part ordered and installed on the same day. I was even compensated for the extra wait. Amazing customer service from Zachary and Steve. My go-to place for all my Honda's needs.

Was promised that there were multiple new Honda CR-V cars to choose from available at this location, drove 1.5 hrs to find out that they lied and just had 1 with a terrible color scheme. Expect to be misled and have your time wasted if you go to this dealership.
