DO NOT BUY FROM CIOCCA HYUNDAI! They don’t hold up their end of the bargain with warranties or loaners. We’ve had our 2023 Kona in the shop 4 times in 9 months. We were told in the sales process, and in the paperwork we would receive a loaner every time the vehicle was in the shop. They do not prioritize your vehicle. The second time the vehicle was in, the appointment was for 11am. We dropped it off at 10, no call all day. We call them an hour before they close. “We didn’t get to it because you didn’t tell us when you wanted to pick it up”. What’s the point of an appointment then? We had to wait until the next day to get our car. Do not, under any circumstances, buy anything from this dealer or I would say any ciocca dealer. Horrible service.
