Ciocca Subaru of Allentown Service Center

Bought a brand new WRX from them and the rear tire blew out due to manufacturer’s defect in less than a year with < 10k miles on it and they did nothing to help me whatsoever. I had to get all 4 tires replaced and they didn’t even offer to help with installation/disposal fees. I thought buying a new car would help avoid things like this, but not a new car from Ciocca!

Johnathan the salesman was a very cool guy to work with and wasn’t like any other salesman I worked with, helped me find everything I needed and went the extra mile to get me a car I was happy in. Service could've detailed my car better before sending it out and left the tire light to come on, but otherwise good overall

Awesome experience! I came in for a tire rotation but they told me it wasn't needed. I really appreciated their honesty. They could have just done it, but instead they saved me money. Super trustworthy shop.

Good service and great selections. We test drove and they walked us through everything. We immediately had help without having to hunt for everyone and the cars are reasonably priced.
