I had spent a few weeks using websites like trueCar, Cars, and CarGuru looking for a vehicle when I found one listed at this dealership. I sent a quick email of interest over to the dealership and heard back from them the next day. I set up an appointment to come test drive the vehicle but asked for a few additional photos prior to my driving 2 1/2 hours down to test drive it and received an email containing the photos that same day. I found the staff to be friendly, courteous, helpful, and transparent. They answered all of my questions and helped me make a decision that was right for me. These guys not only extremely careful not to compromise the safety of their customers and employees but they also look after DX drivers. We exchanged.keys and docs outside without much wait time. As a DX driver you can easily get used to this attentiveness and service.

I was really surprised with how great the customer service was, and how fast the turnaround was with getting the car i wanted. I visited this place and the next day we managed to come to a deal with the car that met my needs, and i left with the car that same day. The car itself is great i’m really pleased and they offered a 2 year warranty on it as well which is a great touch. My salesman, Fernando, made the experience really personable and relaxed. He went above and beyond to help me out, even brought my parents and i some lunch whilst we waited for the paperwork! i would recommend coming here to purchase a car 100% you won’t be disappointed with the customer service, the quality of the car or the deal you receive. I don’t know where to start. I called and spoke to Heather, an internet sales rep. I was interested in a vehicle they had a location in Jersey. She offered to get it transferred here. I accepted and they got it in. I was told to talk to Marcus when I went in. Fast forward to when I went in. Marcus wasn’t there. No problem. I spoke to Fernando. Everything was fine and we spoke about some things the vehicle needed. We stepped inside and started talking about the price of the vehicle. Out of nowhere, his “Car Sales Manager,” Travis, intervenes from across the sales floor and says no to what I wanted to pay. He then walks over and makes it so awkward, my 5 year old son asked me why he was acting like that when we left. My brother walked out as he couldn’t even listen to his one worded answer
