Cioffi's Towing Service

Unfortunately my car was impounded by Cioffi's and I had to pay a large amount of money to get it back. The professionalism, understanding and effort the staff put into getting my Benz out of their lot and back into my hands almost made me forget about the money I had to pay to get it back. I said "almost " . I went to the wrong lot and arrived at the 309 location a minute to 5pm. The shop was closing but Fred stayed behind when he didn't have too. Again, I thank him for being a good person and a even better forklift driver because he didn't even leave a scratch. My interaction with everyone from the guy at the desk to the tow driver who drove 60 miles to get my car home will forever be a good memory attached to a bad situation. Thank you again.

Used Cioffi's Exotic Car Transport service twice so far. Truck is a covered flatbed which works out great. Driver Marcos is top notch loading and unloading with a very low ground clearance Lotus Esprit, no scrapping. Unfortunately was an hour later than scheduled on one transport.

tow company is an absolute disgrace. They don’t care about customers, they don’t care about cars, and they definitely don’t care about doing their job right. The driver showed up late, reeking like he just rolled out of a bar, and treated my vehicle like it was a shopping cart. Scraped it, dragged it, and acted like I should be grateful. Their “customer service” is just as bad — rude, arrogant, and completely useless. Every question I asked was met with attitude, like I was bothering them. They’ll happily overcharge you for the worst service imaginable, and if you dare complain, they’ll hang up or talk down to you. This company should be shut down. They’re nothing but a cash grab with a tow truck, preying on people stuck in bad situations. Honestly, you’d get more respect and better trea
