Circle 4 Transmissions

Did a great job cleaning up an older Toyota high mileage transmission and replacing a few requested parts for a very reasonable price. Very transparent shop and have/ will continue to do business with them. Gary and jimmy are great people to work with.

Fast friendly and reasonable price

Repairs-Good (so far). Customer service is not good at all. They will not call you and keep you informed of what diagnosis is or progress. There was another customer in when I went to pay for our bill and he was having his vehicle removed from the rack because of lack of communication. We were not told that there wouldn't be anyone there that could operate the credit card machine during certain hours so we had to wait for someone qualified to do that. Also asked if we could start the vehicle to start warming it up ( I was staying inside waiting on qualified person) and they told us that the owner guy had the keys and he was at lunch. I've done business with Gary at circle 4 for 20+ years. They do great work and stand by their service (in the unlikely event that something goes wrong) He has my duramax in the shop as i write this!
