Went to this shop after my cv axle broke and had it fixed up, came out with a different noise and rumble that was worrying. I took it back to them 2 times just asking for them to check everything and make sure it’s ok but I just got told it’s a bad part and that changing it again won’t do anything this that and the other. Just a load of excuses and alway to busy to check for anything other than a ride a long. The one time the guy did bother to get under the car he told me it was a rack issue and that it was probably gonna be a 1500$ job. I got tired of all that and took it home and jacked it up myself, and it didn’t take more than 5 minutes to see they never tightened the outer tie rod. Tightened it and all my problems went away. Took my dad and his truck has about 400.000 on a 1998 Chevrolet and when he took it in for a squeak which wasn't there before having his ball joint replaced just a few weeks before at this same establishment. Then when I questioned the owner because I think it was a little suspicious how it was not making the noise before he had it worked on a few weeks before hand and the owner wanted to be. Little rude to me for asking questions so that really made me suspicious. My dad is 83 yrs old and I don't think people should take advantage just because they are old and so trusting in everyone. Do not go to this shop. A friend of mine purchased rims from this place and they were not the correct size due to the calipers being too big, so instead of being honest, they still sold the rims, installed them, but put washers between the rims and the hub. Not only is this extremely dangerous, but they knew it and still did it. The lug nuts started to spin out and the steering wheel started to vibrate. I was able to catch it in time thankfully, but hadn't I caught it, the tires could have came off and could have potentially killed someone. Also, a stud snapped off due to excessive vibration. For your safety, go somewhere else.

Coming here to give absolute praise to the owner, John. This past weekend my son and I were traveling to Cochran for the XC State Championship meet. Upon our arrival we stopped at Subway for a very late dinner. When I pulled in to subway, I did not see a pothole and unfortunately when I hit it, it completely flattened my tire. At this point I was beside myself, being 3 hours from home and having no one to help me. Trying to figure out what to do while also trying to get dinner before Subway closes, I was very stressed out. Then a voice from behind, introduces himself and offers to put the spare on my car. Honestly, this place has gone so downhill and become so dishonest since they switched owners. There have been multiple occasions where my husband and I have brought our cars here over the past couple years and they were returned in worse condition than we brought them there in. (New issues that weren't there prior to the "repairs", screws and other things missing or loose that have caused leaks) This is on top of the multiple times we've called after weeks of no news, just for them to either have not even touched our cars or not know what car we are talking about at all. Save yourself money, time, and a huge headache and take your vehicles elsewhere. UPDATE: after posting this review someone at this shop called me and tried to intimidate me into taking this review down. Yikes!
