They answered the phone quickly and did what they said at a fair price. Tech that came to help was nice and a fair tech. Both the tech and the owner were nice enough but very bad English skills. I had to talk into a phone for it to translate from English to Spanish and vise versa. Not a big deal but know that is how it works. Both the tech and the owners hands were so “dirty” that I still have a hand mark that I can’t get off of the side of my RV from the tech and when I went to pay for the bill my credit card came back so dirty I had to use cleaner on it to get it clean. Both men were very pleasant and very helpful but just be aware of the English and cleanliness of the group. So my brakes caught fire last night on the 65.. my company was able to find this guy, but he couldn't make it out last night. Everything started off pretty rocky, but it's my fault because I wasn't being understanding of the situation at hand. Instead of coming out last night, he told me he'd be here at 6:30 this morning. I woke up and looked out my windows and didn't see him, and at this point, he had already been working on my trailer for an hour and was almost done. I was frustrated in the beginning, but being out here with him today and him assessing all of my other little issues that came about after fixing a trailer valve, I feel bad that I doubted this guy. This guy is super knowledgeable, and he keeps parts on his truck, that most other companies, even the bigger truck stops do

⚠️ Truckers, be careful! This place is a total scam when it comes to semi-trucks. I came in after a blown tire — they told me my brakes needed to be changed and we agreed on a price. But once they removed the tires and brakes, suddenly the story changed! The mechanic said, “Your brakes are the expensive kind,” and added $200 more on top of the original price. After arguing for a while, I had no choice — I was stuck and needed to get back on the road. Then it got worse — when he came to install the new brakes, they were used brakes and worn out, not new ones! Mine were even better than what he brought. I was cruising down Highway 65 when my trailer started smoking and nearly caught fire. I pulled over, and pulled out the tire, and hit the road to find a trailer repair shop – Cisco Truck and Trailer Repairs popped up first on Google. I headed there; it wasn't far. The place wasn’t too notch but Mr. Kumar and his brother fixed my trailer, including brakes and drums, in about 2.5 hours. I was really impressed (previously similar incident happened few months ago, and it took about two days to fix it). It reinforced the old saying: don't judge a book by its cover. Watching Mr. Kumar work, it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing!

This is a great mechanic,actually I don’t know why people put these negative comments, I deal with him , he is a professional mechanic I really recommend all landstar driver to call him if anything happened to either truck or trailer near Nashville tn.
