Citrus Car Wash

The worst car wash as far as time.. very slow n no worjers. It used to be full of workers now theirs 4. With 11 cars in line.. won’t be going there anymore

I used to come here regularly 3–4 years ago and never had issues, but this place has seriously gone downhill. The equipment is outdated. broken pipes and spinner brushes that don’t even spin yet they still charge premium prices. My car came out dirty, and when I spoke to the owner and manager, they didn’t acknowledge the problem and just handed me a free wash. I came back and my car was still dirty inside, so I had to walk an employee through everything that was missed. On top of that, wait times are ridiculous (40 minutes to 2 hours) even when it looks slow. Definitely not worth it.

Long time customer & I’ve personally watched the decline. Dated & worn out and now the equipment barely works. Watch the brushes before you sit down. They don’t spin and barely clean anything. The prices greatly increased when it was sold a few years back, but the quality of service has gone down. There is a constant effort to upsell you; but if the EQUIPMENT DOESNT WORK, then WHAT am I paying for?!? Time to move on & find a new carwash. There are other carwashes out there. No value here. Went back again after owner promised repairs would be made. Upon arrival, he is visibly distressed and I am greeted with a deep sigh and Oh, it’s you again.” Not how you build loyalty or show appreciation. The upselling shtick begins and I asked him if he fixed his equipment. I get into the “

Good service, prices have really gone up. It's very old. Definitely needs to be updated. The wash and building an it's surrounding need an update. Many self service washes offer better equipment. They offer specials on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. They even offer a loyalty card. They offer a full variety of car detailing to meet all your needs

After more than 10 car washes, and loyalty, the owner said (after yet another complaint by me): "Your car was very dirty"....meaning, what do you expect? "It's a $100 or $200 value"---nooo, I'm not asking for detailing. That's high value. If I'm paying 27 for a regular carwash, vacuum, wipe, and wash....then do it and don't FORGET to vacuum the entire trunk, or FORGET to wash the bottoms of doors "You complain too much"----last time I was there, and left, and later opened my trunk, and it was never vacuumed, I called back and said, "You don't have to worry about me complaining too much --cuz I won't be coming back
