City Auto Glass

This was better when it was a local shop. Now that it is safelite, everything goes to 800 number. I was assigned home appt but when arrived, sales said it was too cold and I do not have a heated garage. My appt was moved to the shop and I was told to call to make sure loaner was available. Tried reaching local office for 45 mins with no luck. Finally found a ride and dropped off car myself. I was told it would be smoother when they have a manager again. Very disappointed and will find a different local company to use in the future.

Amazing staff, very easy process, they had my windshield replaced in 2 days at work and done so quickly!

Had an appointment made for my father today. 8 am. Told me yesterday when I gave my payment info that it would take an hr or an hr and a half. Two and a half hours later he is still sitting there. In an uncomfortable waiting area. He is over 70. This was supposed to be convenient. Absolute disgrace.

Very impressed with City Auto Glass and Ray who did the work. I had my windshield replaced and it was done quickly and carefully. My vehicle has safety sensors that required calibration which was done right in the shop. This is my place for window work from now on, highly recommend. Many thanks !!

I was very impressed at the level of professionalism and efficiency that city auto glass had. My issue was part of a recall that my car dealership refused to honor, and I needed my car for work city auto glass stepped in and made everything right and they were so fast and efficient and got my truck back to me in 24 hours I would recommend them to anybody. Their customer service skills are excellent as well. … thank you so much for all of your help. I would recommend you to anybody and I will be using you again.
