Ford of Hibbing

We just purchased a low mileage used car from Ford of Hibbing. We were very impressed with Blake. He quickly answered emails we sent after our initial contact and had the car ready for us to test drive. Blake knew the car's ins and outs and explained things well for us. He was also kind and understanding. Both Eric and Nichol were helpful. An overall great experience.

Paul Dulong, my salesman was phenomenal!! Super knowledgeable, kind, and helpful through the whole process. the whole experience aas great. I bought my very first truck, a 2019 Ford F 150. it was in awesome shape and the interior was super clean. A few days after the purchase I drove me and 3 relatives out to Bismarck and back and all was smooth sailing!! Thank you Ford of Hibbing!

Excellent service from the ladies and the young man at the front service center. From being out of town, they took care of me well, got me In on quick notice and we had great conversations about Coldplay and other current events!!! Also, I appreciate that they loaned me a charger to get my phone charged. My only critique would be on paying for Union pricing. And they don’t offer a car wash after oil change, which is a little new to me. Thank you, everyone
